Not any of the anons you reply to, but most people when reading a text read it like they were hearing a voice, so to say - they try to imagine in their mind what the tone would be if they were hearing it
Reading a text with zero punctuation gives the impression you are listening to someone vomiting words, so yes, it "sounds" like rambling
What's more, in a paragraph, separating sentences with punctuations helps the reader make sense of where some context ends and where some other begins, it gives a sense that the "speaker" is presenting their ideas in a neatly organized manner
Lastly... Refusing to use correct punctuation shows that I should probably put in as much effort into understanding the writer as they put in writing it
